Installation & Basic Configuration

NOTE
If you want to install a second 802.11b wireless card in Slot B, you will first need to remove the slot cover
(which is provided for plenum-rating purposes). See Installing a Card in Slot B for instructions. If you want to
install a 5 GHz kit, see 5 GHz Kit Installation.
6. Attach one end of an Ethernet cable to the AP's Ethernet port and the other end to a network hub or switch.
7. Connect the unit’s power supply to a power source.
8. Wait for the power LED to turn green before proceeding.

9. Determine the best location for your device.
